SOPA and the Movie Industry

So I am not indexing (public domain) movies here anymore, and this wouldn’t apply to them anyway, but I thought this article from boingboing.net was a very interesting look at how the film industry has tried to stop emerging technologies from impeding on their profit margins since day one. And how they have been mostly wrong the whole time.
