Things have come a long way from our humble beginnings and there is a long way to go. -LTO
It’s called precedence day for a reason. We added drums and made sure that all the tracks were on time. Time is a major theme in this album. If anything I wanted to convey the sense that the good things are limited and while we have them we should treasure them. One day, maybe, we’ll write an album longer than 20 minutes. I wrote most of the lyrics during school this year and was inspired by the challenges I faced. A man once told me that there was nothing I couldn’t do if I put my mind to it, I never put my mind to this album but it just happened and thats real good. -TT
The recording process for this album was pretty much exactly what the pictures in the album show. There is some definite challenge throughout this album with the presence of “thick time.” -Doc
